Returns

As such all orders and services purchases through Angeethi™ cannot be returned except for restaurant flaws.

Cancellation of Order

  • At Angeethi, we take pride in offering high-quality restaurant and catering services to our customers. We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information about our menu items, prices, and availability. However, despite our best efforts, there may be times when certain items are listed at an incorrect price or are temporarily unavailable.
  • In such situations, we reserve the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any transaction or order that is affected by the incorrect price or unavailability of an item. This policy applies to all orders, regardless of whether or not an order confirmation or payment confirmation has been received.
  • If your order is affected by an incorrect price or unavailability of an item, we will notify you as soon as possible using a reasonable mode of communication. If payment has already been processed for the order, we will issue a refund for the affected amount via the same mode of payment as the original transaction.
  • We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel an order after it has been placed. However, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to entertain any requests for order cancellations once an order has been placed. This policy is in place to ensure that we can efficiently manage our inventory and resources, as well as maintain our commitment to providing timely and high-quality service to all of our customers.
  • At Angeethi, we are committed to providing the highest quality of service and food to our customers. We understand that mistakes can happen, but we are committed to doing everything we can to rectify them in a timely and efficient manner. If you have any questions or concerns about our policies or services, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you in any way they can.

Delivery

The title and the risk of the orders shall pass onto you upon Angeethi (via our delivery personal) delivering the orders to you and you accept the orders. Every care shall be taken to deliver the orders to the intended recipient. But Angeethi™ shall not be held responsible for any wrong delivery of the order based on the address given by the User or if any person imposes to be the actual recipient and takes delivery of orders. Angeethi™ will only process the order after the payment has been processed in case of ‘Online Payment’ or ‘Angeethi™ Prepaid Account’. Angeethi™ will try to deliver the order (via our delivery personal) as per the order submitted by the user, but it fully reserves a right to deliver a similar or alternate order for reasons beyond its control and any such action shall not be deemed as bad-delivery. The user does not have the right to refuse the order at the time of receipt of the ordered items and shall duly make the payment in case of ‘Cash on Delivery’ or ‘Card on Delivery’ payments options.


Cancellation & Refund Policy 

SORRY… we generally DO NOT entertain any Order Cancellations – because once the order is placed on the Restaurant – the Restaurants generally DO NOT entertain cancellation of orders. However, in case you request us for an Order Cancellation prior to the order being placed on the Restaurant – then the cancellation of the order is up to the discretion of Angeethi™. In case of Delivery of Order being LATE or BAD or INCORRECT… Angeethi™ adheres to a very high standard of Quality of Services – and is very STRICT in terms of achieving a very high level of Customer Satisfaction. Hence, in case of an Order being LATE or BAD or INCORRECT – wing to a process-related issue of Angeethi™ – we generally DO NOT charge the customer for the order… but, this is totally up to the discretion of Angeethi™.

Refund of Payment:

For online orders, refunds will be processed in your bank account 

Refund Time-frame

It usually takes 2–3 Business days. if it it's benn more than a week you can call or mail our support team.

Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts.
